The house sits on a fully enclosed plot of 5 ha, at the foot of the Manor where we live.<br>Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.<br>On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, the semi-professional kitchen, the dining room. Then under the glass roof, a library lounge with a billiard table, then a dart board, a sauna and a sunbed and showers.<br> Outside, on the terrace, a 6-seater jacuzzi, a large Weber gas barbecue and the table of course. In the garden, garden furniture under the cherry tree and the view of the countryside, a swimming pool and perhaps you will be lucky enough to see a deer at the edge of the wood...<br><br>All linen is included, beds are made on arrival and to make the most of your stay. Cleaning is at your expense on departure (detailed instructions on site).<br>In the kitchen you will find everything you need, even salt, pepper and some condiments as well as crockery (plates, glasses, cutlery for 12 people).<br>At your disposal: 5-burner stove, ovens, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, espresso machine, fridge-freezer and ice cubes, 6-burner Weber barbecue (gas provided), sound system with bluetooth connection and depending on the season...
