The 2½-room apartment is located on the third and top floor of a well-maintained residence with around ten units and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment entrance is directly accessible from the parking level, and a lift is also available. Arranged over two levels, the apartment features two lake-facing balconies with wide views of the lake, the mountains, the Maggia Delta, Ascona and Locarno.

On the lower level, you will find an open-plan, lake-facing space with a dining area and kitchen. The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric ceramic hob and dishwasher. The adjoining living area can be separated by a sliding door and features an armchair and a daybed, which can also be used as sleeping accommodation for 2 guests. Swisscom TV and Wi-Fi provide entertainment and additional convenience.

From the living area, you have direct access to the lake-facing balcony with outdoor furniture and an electric awning – a lovely place to relax and enjoy the panoramic surroundings. This level also features a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and washbasin.

An internal staircase leads to the upper sleeping area. A small passage with a desk provides a practical additional space. The bedroom features a French bed and direct access to the upper lake-facing balcony or terrace. A second bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin provides additional comfort.

Guests also have access to the residence’s shared outdoor swimming pool, measuring approximately 7 × 6 metres, with an area for relaxing beside the pool. Depending on the weather, the pool is generally open from around mid-May until mid-September.

The nearest bus stop is approximately 100 metres away. Shops, the lake with its lido and the railway station can all be reached within around 2 kilometres. Guests arriving by car have access to two reserved parking spaces, one of which is covered. A private washing machine is available for exclusive use, and bed linen and kitchen linen are also provided.

Pets are not permitted at the property. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or terrace.
