HOA Improvement Notice: The HOA has scheduled various exterior and common-area improvement projects beginning in September and continuing through early Spring 2027. While the balcony/patio for this unit is not impacted and will remain accessible, guests may notice construction activity or occasional noise in other areas of the property during their stay.
The main impact to our unit is expected during December 23–January 4, when the HOA will be removing the existing floor coating on the 3rd-floor walkways. During this period, there may be construction noise and dust near the entrance to the unit. Access to the unit will remain available. Weather permitting, work will take place Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
We appreciate your understanding as the HOA completes these property improvements.
