Within 15 minutes of EVERYTHING in TAMPA!

This listing is for BOTH units A and B which has a total of 6 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 full kitchens too! Everything is brand new! Separate entrances but next door to each other! Great for large groups or families!!

The kitchens are fully equipped to prepare a light meal or a holiday feast!
The Twin Duplexes are nearly identical units with 3 bedrooms each, 1 full bath in each unit with walk in showers, each unit is equipped with a full kitchen. They are side by side. The duplex is located on a corner lot just off N Tampa Street. Walking distance 3-4 blocks to Centro Ybor!
There are 2 other units on the property. 1 is currently rented as a long term unit and the unit behind these is intended for transitional housing.

This property has been completely remodeled from the ground up. All new furnishings and fixtures!

    Location is walkable to many areas of the city most notably Ybor City. Plenty of bedrooms and space for a group to be able to spread out. Very clean and comfortable.

    House was in the perfect location to hit downtown or Ybor city. The neighborhood was safe and the house was very clean. I appreciated the coffee maker, the quality soaps and shampoo in the shower and small details to make stay easier. Bed was also comfortable for me, slept well whole trip.

    This place was a nice and in a good location it was very clean I would rent this place again the only problems is the ants wich can be taken care of
