Bread roll service possible. Grocery, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Gager, Am Hafen" 550 m, railway station 21 km, sandy beach 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 14 km. Golf course (18 hole) 31 km, riding stable 6 km. Both semidetached houses with their own garden part. The ground floor and the bathrooms upstairs have underfloor heating.
"Bel Monte", 5-room semi-detached house 140 m2 on 3 levels, on the ground floor. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), video and hi-fi system. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Floor heating. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. 1 double bedroom with bath/bidet/WC and satellite TV. Shower/bidet/WC. Top floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with shower/WC. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, children's high chair, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Some rooms on the first floor offer views of the coast and the yacht harbour. On request and after pre-order a third parking space can be provided for EUR 4.00 / day.
