This 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo features a living/dining area off the open kitchen, complete with a new dishwasher. It features full-size laundry right in the unit. Enjoy this unit as your perfect beach getaway. No crowded elevators or stairs: open the door, take a few steps to the beach, and you will be there!

When you enter the complex and the condo please shake off or rinse off the sand at the beach entrance to the complex. There is an outdoor shower/spout
Lock all windows and doors and leave the blue key inside the condo and the condo key in the lockbox.
