Terrific Stay

This is a fine property with a great location. The entrance is very private and has the feel of a personal villa. The residence has a very large balcony, hardwood floors, a modern bathroom, and an eat-in kitchen with a gas stove. All of the appliances are satisfactory. The beach is slightly over one street away, as is the butcher, fish store, and fresh-produce market. The small supermarket is about two streets away, an easy walk. There are three convenient bus stops, with one about 100 meters from the front door and the farthest about a block away. The neighborhood has numerous restaurants, several of which are quite good. Best of all is the hostess and her son, who are welcoming and gracious beyond all expectations.

Appartement très sympa

L’appartement au 1er étage de cette maison est très sympa, avec une grande terrasse.Il est très bien équipé il ne manque rien, il y a même quelques équipements pour la plage.L’accueil de Vincent a été parfait.Petit bémol sur la rue assez passante et donc bruyante.Cependant je recommande.

Logement très agréable et très bien équipé Belle terrasse agréable pour se reposer dans les transats ou pour les repas en extérieur Localisation parfaite à 3 mn de la côte des Basques et très proche du centre de Biarritz, 15 mn très facile et super agréable à pieds Nous reviendrons !

Toller Aufenthalt in Biarritz

Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen Viertel in Biarritz. Strand, Supermarkt, tolle Läden wie Bäcker, Fisch-, Gemüse-, Weinladen und weitere Geschäfte sowie Restaurants sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen und auch das Zentrum ist nicht weit entfernt. Wir waren mit dem Zug unterwegs und man vermisst kein Auto in der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse ein Highlight. Der Kontakt mit Claire und Vincent war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Biarritz-Beaurivage verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Sommer in Biarritz

Wir (Eltern+2 erwachsene Kinder) hatten insgesamt drei wunderschöne Wochen in Biarritz bei sehr netten und aufmerksamen Vermietern die mit im Hausobjekt wohnen. Für uns war die fußläufige Entfernung zum Surfspot und in die Stadt entscheident für die Wahl der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung im 1. Stock war individuell eingerichtet. Für 4 Personen hätten uns etwas mehr Platz in den Schränken und Regalen vor allem in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer gewünscht, dafür weniger "Privates" vom Vermieter, der die Wohnung außerhalb der Saison selber bewohnt. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Einbahnstraße, die allerdings die Ausfallstraße Richtung Süden ist und stark frequentiert wird. Wir empfanden die Geräuschkulisse in dem Schlafzimmer zur Straße und auf dem wunderschönen, sehr großen Terrassenbalkon sehr lebhaft. Vincent & Claire haben sich immer gekümmert, vielen Dank nochmals an dieser Stelle!

Séjour à Beaurivage

Merci à Claire et à Vincent pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de Beaurivage et de nos promenades sur la côte des Basques. Tout est fonctionnel dans l'appartement qui dispose d'une belle terrasse. Pas besoin de voiture, tout peut se faire à pied.

Nous avons été chez Claire pendant une semaine et tout a été parfait. L’hôte a été accessible et discrète, nous laissons nous détendre tranquillement dans le meilleur quartier de Biarritz!
