La Orotava: Beautiful, rustic house "Camino La Candelaria". Outside the resort, on a slope, 6 km from the sea. For shared use: property 20'000 m2 with lawn, orchard, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, poolhouse with fridge, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: WiFi. Parking on the premises. Grocery 300 m, restaurant, bus stop 20 m, sandy beach 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: main road 50 m from the property. Additional accommodations can be booked. Sun terrace 20 m2. Outdoor kitchen with 4 hobs. The property has a panoramic view of the Teide and solar energy. In this property it is possible to hire in advance wedding planner service, communions, birthdays and events in general (everything is extra and on request).

Camino La Candelaria

Es war irreführend, anzugeben, dass die Hauptstrasse 50 m entfernt ist, obwohl direkt am Schlafzimmerfenster eine sehr steile stark frequentierte Strasse war und es unzumutbar war, diesen Raum als Schlafzimmer zu benutzen. Die ganze Anlage müsste mal saniert werden: Dusche lief aus, 2. Toilette wackelt, Tür zum Schlafzimmer quietschte sehr laut, weil die Scharniere fast auseinander fielen. Dankbar waren wir, dass wir die einzigen Mieter auf dem Grundstück waren, weil zu wenig Stühle, etc.....

Location en famille

Excellent accueil de la part des hôtes, la maison est très agréable quoique un peu sombre, le jardin superbe et la vue sur le Teide magnifique. L'emplacement est à mon sens idéal pour découvrir le Teide (45min), les villages des environs (Orotava 5min, Santa cruz/La Laguna 30min, Garochiqua 30min), le parc d'Anaga 45min ou du Teno 45min. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour.
