Beautiful, bright duplex (2 floor) apartment right on the beach in Nuevo Vallarta Mexico. Aria Ocean, offers 2 large infinity pools, 1 pool directly on the beach, tropical gardens, private beach with sunbeds and cabanas and a restaurant.

The apartment has a modern décor and is complete with all appliances and linens. Wifi included.

Upper floor: bedroom, bathroom with shower, walking closet and terrace.

Bright and welcoming apartment with modern and colourful decoration.
The living area opens up directly to the main balcony with sitting area and has a wonderful view of the gardens of the condo. The kitchen is complete with all utensils.
The master room upstairs has a comfortable big king size bed and the bathroom connects to a huge walking closet perfect for storing all your belongings.
The apartment is complete with all essential amenities.

Nice place. Too much noise from construction.

Nice place to stay. But a lot of construction going on. Ulises and his wife were charming, nice and always available to make our stay pleasant. Beach and swimming pools were very cold due to winter. We had beautiful sunny days. I didn’t know this, but be aware that there are 2 building construction going on. One building is part of this complex and a outside tower is being built in front of our unit. In both they worked Monday to Saturday 8:30am til 5:30pm so we had a lot of noise and had to go out of the unit to the beach or elsewhere, also kept the shades down cause of personnel walking all over the place. But I know once it’s finished it will be nicer. Other than this it’s a nice place to stay, the restaurant was great. Nice complex We had beautiful sunsets every day.
