The popular Harbor Arms are a small two-story beachfront condo complex that offer “flats” on the first and second floors. Located in quiet Laguna Beach, this location is highly desirable! All units are three bedrooms/three bathrooms! Harbor Arms #5 is a lovely corner unit located on the first floor and has a wrap-around deck that offers incredible sunset views! The wall to wall windows allow the beautiful views to follow you throughout the bright living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped for your next family meal! The sliding glass door leads you out to the private deck and the beautiful white sands. The master bedroom has a king bed, beachfront view, and private bath. There is also a private sliding glass door from the master bedroom to the deck. The second bedroom has two queen beds and its own bathroom. The third bedroom also has a king bed and its own bathroom. There is a washer and dryer, free Wifi, and cable TV in the unit.
Harbor Arms #10 is directly above this unit and is also available for rent! These combined give you a great alternative to a six bedroom home.

Amazing & Relaxing!!!

My family went for our annual vacation. We love PCB, but wanted to not be with large crowds. This condo was exactly what we wanted. Close enough for the attractions and places to eat, but not crowded on the beach!! We plan on going again next year.

Great weekend visit

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is an older condo so the bathrooms were small. Other than that, it was perfect.

Great locations house a bit tired

The process was great, the location was outstanding! The house itself had old sheets, old pillows, stains on the couches and old cheap utensils. The location was worth the price however a couple bucks put into the pace would make the visit much more special

Good time Panama City Beach

The property is a great location. We have stayed at another Harbor Arms unit in the past. Just quick note…needs updating, ceiling fans are dirty, and ceiling is peeling. No one wants to look at this when on vacation. So owners, pay attention. Just a little TLC would help.
