Very nice apartment of 75m ² furnished and comfortably equipped for 6 people, in a recent residence of very good quality. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a spacious living / dining room with sofa bed for a bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds (two beds 140x190) a bathroom , a separate toilet. The living room and the kitchen overlook a beautiful terrace facing the park of the residence, with table and chair for meals. The apartment is rented with a closed garage, and internet access.
The residence is recent and of excellent standing, a beautiful park invites you to go for a walk to the pool open every day from June to September inclusive. The beach, shops and restaurants are only 200m from the residence, everything can be done on foot, ideal for families who do not want to burden their car for every trip.
The lively city center of St Raphael is about ten kilometers, the beautiful golf Valescure is only 5 minutes. Large commercial area 10 minutes by car.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).

Das Appartment ist recht abgewohnt. Zum Teil fehlen Fugen zwischen den Fliesen. Die Möbel-Kissen auf der Dachterrasse waren ziemlich dreckig. Bei unserer Ankunft war das.große Waschbecken verstopft. Es hat vier Tage gedauert, bis es wieder repariert wurde. Einen Tag vor der Abfahrt hat der Geschirrspüler aufgört gescheit zu spüllen. Wir hätten das ganze Geschirr per Hand waschen müssen. So die spätere Aussage des Vermieters. Uns wurden 50 Euro wegen des nicht gewaschenen Geschirrs extra berechnet.

Goede vakantie

Was wel proper in het algemeen maar heeft wel eens een groot onderhoud nodig hebben. Glazen, borden heel vuil (stof). Al goed dat we maar met 2 waren want de tweede toilet (in badkamer) was kapot. Best proberen alles te herstellen voor huurders komen. Verder heel fijne vakantie gehad.

Ein toller Urlaub in Agay

Wieder einmal haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Agay verlebt. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Dachterrasse mit der super Markise haben wir sehr genossen. Zum Strand geht man nur ein paar Minuten. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön angelegt. Insgesamt ist die Anlage sehr ruhig. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame und entspannte Zeit dort! Vielen Dank dafür!

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr tolle Lage. Entspricht absolut der Anzeige

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Zu Fuß 5 Minuten an den Strand. Restaurants / Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Dachterrasse mit guter Beschattung. Defekte Gartenmöbel sollten entsorgt werden. Toll wären mindestens 4 einheitliche Weingläser und ein großer Topf(5l), ansonsten sehr gute Ausstattung.

We can't do it unfortunately during the high season, as the flat is always occupied; and we can't just put it in the garbage bin, we need a special container for that, and a special car to take it of. thank you for your understanding.
