Family vacation

Our family of 12 (husband & myself, our grown children, their spouses, & our 4 grandchildren) all met there for the week. The house was very nice, well stocked, & a good fit for our family. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had during the week. Easy walk to the park, & also to the beach. The pool & hot tub were an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again, & recommend this property.

We are a family of 12. This house was perfect for our group . Each bedroom has its own bath which was wonderful. Great space for gathering and perfect size pool. Walked to the beach every eve at sunset ! Would definitely stay there again . Owner is friendly and quick to respond when contacted.

We had 12 family members celebrating a birthday in mid Jan 2026. With a bathroom for each bedroom we had ample room. Everyone said their bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were all updated and nicely sized. The rest of the house was roomy enough for us all. The weather in Jan was unseasonably cold, but the one day we went to the beach it was great. The neighborhood is quiet enough for a walk to the beach or park.Amenity descriptions on VRBO were a little over complementary, as I mentioned to the host. Beach chairs, outdoor furniture, some kitchen items and games are not as described and are in serious need of updating. Also, a foosball table or a ping pong table would be a great addition to the ‘pool’ room as the room sits there empty with a small TV on the wall and a small tall table. It would be a nice activity when kids are in the mix and it’s not swimming weather.Sometimes it’s the details that make a place go from good to great. Overall we had a great visit at the house. A few tweaks would’ve made it even better.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The pool was so well kept and the home was ideal for a family of all ages. The kitchen was beautiful, driveway accommodated our 3 large vehicles, and all the balconies gave us a place to unwind and enjoy the property. Great nearby restaurants, playground was about a 5 minute walk away, and the neighborhood was beautiful, well-kept, and safe. Would recommend!

Spring Break 2024

We found the house to be everything we expected and more. The beds were comfortable and each had clean and soft cozy bedding, and accommodated all 16 of us. There is so much space which allowed for lots of activities and privacy as well! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and enjoyed by all! Very happy that we chose this property to enjoy Spring Break with our entire family!

We had an excellent stay at this house. We were 5 adult couples. We enjoyed the comfortable surroundings. Four couples had a bedroom with an ensuite. And the 5th bedroom the washroom was right outside the door. The beach was close by. We spent a lot of time at the house in the pool and hot tub. Any questions were quickly responded too. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Clean, comfortable and close to all amenities.

Though the weather didn't want to warm up, we had an excellent stay at this property. The one issue we ran into was the hot water heater wouldn't keep the upstairs showers warm. Once I let the manager know, they literally had a brand new one installed. It was excellent service!

Our stay in your house was great!!! It was well-maintained and had off the necessities we needed. We were pleasantly surprised at how many options there were for beach chairs, toys, blankets, etc. that were there for us to use! We loved the pool and hot tub options right there on the property! The kids were in the water right after breakfast until we had other plans as well as soon as we got back in the afternoons/evenings!

A beautiful house with a fabulous lpool

We took our 3 grown children and their children to Indian Rocks Beach for a family vacation. We have never been there but have been to madiera beach at least 20 times. We always rent a condo but decided to rent a house with a pool since our grandsons are getting older. It was the best !!
