Large property, a little outdated but a reasonable price.
The property is adequate and has all the essential facilities however it is a little out dated and would be so much better with a few more homely comforts. The outdoor furniture is all plastic and some broken but was adequate for purpose as there was just the two of us. The indoor furniture was uncomfortable- a little updating would go a long way. There was a satellite box but never had a signal and no English channels to watch. The washer was a very old model that managed to open and flood the kitchen mid cycle- no issue cleaned up and didn’t use again. Although the kitchen had plenty utensils the crockery was well outdated- a china dinner ware set and only very small glasses. We had to buy plastic cups and plates. I wouldn’t say the garden and pool are child friendly. There is a huge cactus in the middle of the garden with very fine needles that really stick in when near it. The pool has a fair few mosaic tiles missing from the steps and this meant you had to watch your step as they were quite sharp. The drive way is very very steep so had to park on the street. That being said the property was clean and plenty of room. The air con worked very well and the outdoor space is huge. The area is so peaceful and only a few minutes drive from a supermarket and beach or a 10 minute drive into calp town. Lots of places to visit around and easy access to the main motor way from calp town. We would definitely consider staying here again.
