Hace demasiado calor en la casa, los ventiladores hacen muchísimo ruido y no se puede dormir con ellos. Los colchones, alguno muy incómodo, de muelles ya muy usados. La piscina bien. La zona de hamacas regular, las colchonetas viejas y sucias. La casa es amplia y estaba limpia pero necesita ventiladores de techo o aire acondicionado.

Une vraie pépite!!!

Une vraie pépite, alliant confort, charme et emplacement idéal. Proche des commerces, du Peñon (que l’on voit depuis la maison) Quartier calme, piscine et jardin bien entretenus et très propres, tout était parfait comme l’intérieur. Même si elle ne dispose pas de la climatisation, ça n’a pas été un souci malgré une météo plus que favorable en septembre, on aérait le matin et le soir. Possibilités de se balader tranquillement à travers les autres urbanisations.

La casa no era como en las fotos, sino mejor! Mantenimiento, decoración, comodidad, todo genial. Encontramos una pega, en las fotos aparecian dos habitaciones matrimoniales y solo había una. Por el resto muy bien.

Beschwerde vor Ort

Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Rollladengurt gerissen. Badezimmertür konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden, Schloss defekt. Küchenherd funktionierte nicht. In einer Dusche konnte nur kalt geduscht werden - kein Warmwasser. In der Garage ist Ungeziefer vorhanden, aus dem abgeschossenen Bereich kommen Fliegen und Würmer. Gartenmöbel zum Teil rissig und die Polster sind sehr abgenutzt. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, sollte dringend überholt werden.

Résidence adaptée pour 8 personnes, cependant, nous avons connu des problèmes avec la plaque de cuisson, coupure incessante du gaz rendant les repas compliqués à 8. La piscine de taille suffisante mais eau trouble et pas des plus propres.. Barbecue inadapté à la taille de la maison, différent de la photo du site. Manque de parasols et d’un 2ème bio pour le portail. Mauvaise qualité du wifi.

Entre otras cosas, las duchas no funcionaban, los fuegos de la cocina iban mal, el servicio de limpieza de piscina nos aseguró que no había problema por bañarnos ... por no venir a limpiarla, había una rata para arriba y para abajo a diario en la valla que separa la casa de la de los vecinos, etc.

Die Zufahrt auf das Grundstück ist nicht für jedes Auto tauglich, ist zu steil. Das Haus hat in den letzten 3 Jahren gelitten ( waren zuletzt 2016 dort ) an der Bausubstanz! Jedoch ist das Haus gut gelegen .

Todo muy bien excepto la limpieza

Recomendable por instalaciones, ubicación, vistas,tranquilidad de la zona... la limpieza deja mucho que desear, tuvimos que repasar todo los utensilios de la cocina, el baño habia restos de pasta dentrífica ....
