Private: property 950 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 90 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: table football, central heating system. Supermarket 2.2 km, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop "Parada Bus" 1.3 km. Sports harbour 4 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia Benidorm 26 km, Mundomar Benidorm 23 km, Terra Mitica Benidorm 31 km, Terra Natura 28 km, Guadalest 33 km, fuentes del Algar 25 km.
"Verano", 5-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, digital TV, flat screen, DVD and air conditioning. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Schönes Haus mit einigen Abstrichen

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlägen. Wir waren mit vier Personen in dem Haus, aber es gab leider nur zwei Liegen. Es wäre schön wenn wenigstens noch zwei Klappliegen da wären. Ein Billardtisch ist auch toll, aber ein schöner Esstisch mit Stühlen wäre unserer Meinung nach sinnvoller. Einfach toll war die Gartenanlage und der Pool.

+Great vacation house with lovely garden and grest pool area. Perfect for families and good location to start your journey to any activities. - Upper room need to have AC, impossible to sleep during summer even with windows open and regular ceiling fan installed. Invest in AC!

Hübsch und gemütlich

Das Ferienhaus Cuxarret bietet mit dem Billard-/Tischtennistisch sehr viel Spass. Das Häuschen ist nicht nur hübsch und gemütlich, sondern auch sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Man findet wirklich alles, was man braucht. Auch der Garten lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir können diese Adresse sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben in dem Haus eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist vernünftig ausgestattet / eingerichtet. Das Objekt ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder eine Reisegruppe (max. 6 Personen) empfehlenswert. Wir selbst würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Hemos venido encantados, tanto la casa como el entorno han sido estupendos. La casa muy limpia, muy amplia, camas muy grandes, cocina muy amplia y cómoda, menaje de buena calidad, electrodomésticos estupendos, y estancias comunes cómodas y grandes, lo ideal para una familia grande o varios matrimonios. Las zonas al aire libre, una pasada, tanto zona de juegos como sofá, hamacas, jardín y piscina maravillosos. No tenemos queja salvo por los mosquitos. Ya tenemos ganas de volver!
