This is an amazing house with an amazing host. Spotless and perfectly equipped with everything you need. Great location to beaches and Newport. Lots of room and we felt so welcomed from the minute we booked the reservation. I cannot say enough great things about this home and its host.

Another great year staying at this wonderful property! Marty is an excellent host and keeps everything in great shape. He was responsive and accommodating when we ran into a minor issue during our stay. The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids with lots of great outdoor space and comfortable furnishings. Planning to return next year!

We really enjoy this home! Great size and location near the University of Rhode Island Campus. Host is always great, and appreciate how accommodating they are! Highly recommend!

This house was comfortable and spacious. The deck was wonderful, the beds were very cozy and I loved the flow of the house. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful. They were available and informative.

Perfect house for two generations to gather. The family with kids took the bottom floor which has the playroom. We were able to walk to bagels, coffee and ice cream and CVS. Could not have been a better choice for our family.

Stayed for a family vacation with 3 small kids and grandparents in July- the house was perfect- Plenty of space, nice quiet street, super easy access to Kelly beach, which was a highlight of our trip. Marty was readily available and accommodating. Always willing to provide recommendations and answer questions as they came up. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location with a family friendly house

We enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and was a very safe and gorgeous location. The neighborhood beach was incredible. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Check in and out was very organized. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house - comfortable and great location in Bonnet Shores. Owners were very comunicative and gave great recommendations of things to do in RI. They take great care of their house! Bonnet Shores beauty

We had a wonderful visit in Bonnet Shores. The home was exactly as described and Marty was a pleasure to work with throughout our stay. Kelly Beach is a beautiful beach and we enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, shopping and other activities. I would highly recommend this vacation home.

It was a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful with more than enough room for hanging out/sleeping.

They house is very clean, filled with amenities that you may need and it is only a short walk/drive/bike to the private beach. Hosts were very helpful and left a nice basket of goodies for us when we arrived, which was appreciated. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

Beautiful home very well kept up and decorated. Very thoughtful with the furniture, rugs, kitchen needs, etc. Bedroom layout and 2 full baths inside (plus outside shower) make it very comfortable for multiple families.

Awesome house!

The house and the hosts were amazing. Their warm hospitality made our stay a pleasure. They provide everything you need to be comfortable and the house is super clean. We love Kelly beach for the little ones. My family is big fans of Brickleys and Monahans.

Great spot

This house was perfect for our friend group that included adults and young children. Great common areas and lovely outdoor space. Each family had their own room(s) but we mostly took advantage of the living room and deck. House was close to the beach and it was easy to get around the area. Overall, a great place and would stay again!

This was an “off season” stay as we were in town for a wedding. The house was centrally located to all activities we had planned and there was plenty of room for our ten guests. Rooms were spacious and clean. Host was very communicative throughout. Overall a very good impression.

Bonnet Shores vacation

We had a wonderful time at this home for a week vacation. With four adults and 5 children there was plenty of space for everyone. The home is clean, updated and gorgeous. Kelly Beach was beautiful and perfect for small children. The owner was responsive and helpful and thought of everything.

Wonderful week away!

We had a group of six (4 adults and two small kids) and the house was a great fit. Marty was super helpful and responsive to any questions. We were close to multiple beaches and great restaurants. Check in and out were a breeze, the house was very clean and well stocked, and the owners gave great recommendations! We loved it.
