Private: property 600 m2, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant, bar 800 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"La Sabatera", 6-room house 180 m2. Living/dining room 28 m2 with open-hearth fireplace and TV. Exit to the terrace. Living room 40 m2 with open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the terrace. 4 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Super Lage

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Das Haus, die Pool Anlage waren sauber und ordentlich, der Meerblick und die Sicht auf Moraira war atemberaubend, auch die Nachbarschaft und die angrenzenden Häuser waren ruhig, vorallem die Nächte waren ruhig. Für unsere 2 hunde war das geammte Grundstück gut eingezäunt, so dass wir nie die Befürchtung hatten dass sie abhauen könnten. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthaltsort für die ganze Familie

Alojamiento recomendable

Alojamiento ideal para familias, cuenta con 4 habitaciones y dos baños. A destacar: - Entorno: urbanización muy tranquila La piscina muy cuidada, las hamacas y sillas muy nuevas y cuidadas. - Cocina: cuenta con tres neveras por lo que no hay problemas de sitio. - Se puede aparcar en la puerta, no hay problemas de aparacamiento. - Contras: los ventiladores no funcionaban bien puesto que no echaban nada de aire. Las playas mas cercanas, en fin de semana, sin apenas sitio. En general, recomendable.

Maison agréable, au calme, proche du centre du supermarché… Maison et équipement un peu vétuste ce qui explique les 4 étoiles sur 5. Pas de Clim mais pas dérangeant pour nous.

Villa vétuste et service interhome zéro

On nous a donné les clés d'une maison non lavée, non nettoyée : des cendres partout, des touffes de cheveux à terre, des canettes vides jetées dans le haut des armoires. Malgré le signalement à l'agence, aucun nettoyage n'a été fait. La Piscine était beaucoup trop chlorée. Ce fut facile à voir car un nouveau jouet gonflable est devenu tout jaune en 2 jours de temps. Vaisselles cassées, ébrêchées. La plaque de cuisson ne pouvait pas fonctionner en même temps que le four sinon le courant sautait

Maison correcte bien équipée mais pas de haut standing manque des multiprises surtout dans la cuisine ! Mais magnifique vue sur la mer. Nettoyage de la piscine 2 fois par semaine par une société et Interhome moraira très réactif.
