A 70-square-meter unit on the ground floor of a villa located in a quiet residential area of Aubenas near the Vals-les-Bains thermal baths (ideal for spa guests).
Enjoy a magnificent view of Aubenas Castle and the Saint-Benoît Dome surrounded by nature.
Outside, you’ll have access to the heated pool and the pétanque court (shared with the upstairs apartment), as well as a parking space secured by a gate.
Inside, the apartment has been recently renovated and decorated. Equipped with reversible air conditioning in every room and perfectly insulated, you won’t have to worry about the heat. Two bedrooms, each with its own unique style, and one bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer, and includes a counter opening onto the dining area. The living room features a large 50-inch TV, as well as a comfortable corner sofa and an armchair. On the 15 m² terrace, a relaxing area with a hammock and a dining nook invites you to unwind.
In an adjoining area, you’ll find the laundry room (with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron), games and books for the kids, and a locked garage for storing your bikes.
The river is just down the path, a 5-minute walk away.
You’ll be a 5-minute drive from city centre Aubenas and its castle, as well as the Vals-les-Bains park and its recreational activities.
You’ll be halfway between the Ardèche Gorges Nature Park and the Monts d’Ardèche Nature Park, so you can easily choose a setting that suits your preferences.
The 100-euro cleaning and laundry fee is mandatory.
Bookings for 3 or 4 nights are available outside of July and August.

A second, fully renovated upstairs unit for 6 people is available for rent subject to availability. Ideal for sharing the house and all outdoor spaces (garden, pool, pétanque court) with friends or family while still maintaining your privacy.
