This unit is perfectly located on the 5th floor where you can park just steps from the unit's front door!! Why wait for elevators to go to the beach or pools when you can easily take the stairs down two flights.

Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, three bedroom, four bath condo. Unit 506 is one of a kind and at the best location in the building. The condo offers a 60'' HD TV in the living room, a 50'' in the master, 48'' in the 2nd bedroom and 48'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.

Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has amazing floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.

The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king bed, the 3rd bedroom has two queen beds for sleeping up to 8.

For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family. Nice that each family had their own bathroom, so getting ready was so much quicker. Great location, condo was very clean and well appointed. Excellent communication with manager of unit. We also lucked out and had absolutely perfect weather! Normally we never stay at such a large complex, but it worked out since spring breakers were gone, so not very crowded.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing week with our children and grandchildren at the Phoenix West II. We stayed in unit 506 which was very comfortable, clean and spacious for 6 adults and two children. We loved the beach area, pools, pickle ball courts, and location! The only negative we experienced was the pool area construction project, but a good reason to visit again next year to see the new improvements!

Convenient with Nice Amenities

We enjoyed this condo. We loved parking on level and there are plenty of carts to assist with getting luggage and supplies into and out of the condo. The building is newer with nice amenities and a beautiful beach. My only negative critique is the beds in bedrooms 2 and 3 were uncomfortable. It could be they just weren’t to our taste. Overall, I definitely recommend this condo. Our family had a lovely time and made some great memories.
