This was a perfect place for our small group and a dog. The location was unbeatable and the street was quiet. The amenities were just what we needed and we had plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. Thank you for a great stay.
We had an unfortunate power outage due to weather when we arrived and it was handled very quickly which really saved our trip! The property was as described and we enjoyed our time!

Hi There,
thank you for very much for your review...we greatly apprecaite it and we love hosting guests like you and your family. Hopefully, we can host you again. Best, Anne
The house was great—clean & quaint—and equipped with all that was needed to enjoy our stay. We esp. appreciated communication with the realty company, who answered several questions beforehand. Great location and spacious backyard.
Very nice spot with a great location! Quick on/off to the Blue Star and a short walk to downtown Saugatuck (so no need to find parking). Enjoyed the fire pit and so happy to have a grill for the nights we stayed in.
Tall Trees was a nice place to stay for the weekend. With a washer/dryer, kitchen, dining space and large fenced-in yard it would be great for a longer trip during the summer too. The neighborhood was quiet. The rental staff were wonderful in communication and the check-out process was very straightforward.
Very clean, well kept. The vast majority of the property was immaculate. The only small thing was that theottoman was broken. Also, the thermostat went down to 62, even though the temp was spring weather.

Thank you for the great review. We appreciate your feedback and will get those things address. Thanks, Jaqua Vacation Rental Team
We had a few cob webs, back porch steps were dry rotted. It was very cozy. The temperature went down at night which was @ 62 degrees so was chilly. Couldn't keep @ 70 @ night. Other than that was very nice.
It is a very old house, but was clean and comfortable. Some dishes had to be washed before we used them and vines growing through the deck should be trimmed.
Overall a nice place...nice quite neighborhood.
Nice home in nice location - easy walk to downtown Saugatuck
We enjoyed our stay at Tall Trees. It was nice to find a 3 bdrm home with each bedroom having at least a full size bed. When you traveling with adults, you really don't want twin size beds in the bedrooms. The home was small and quaint and most importantly, clean. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The front porch sun room was super nice for having coffee, reading and enjoying the neighborhood. The walk to downtown Saugatuck was an easy, short walk. We'd definitely stay again. Thank you.

Hello Laura,
Our apologies for the inconvenience. We did notify the homeowners regarding your feedback. Thank you.
Cute little house located near downtown saugatuck. The house had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. There was some dust and dirt behind the larger pieces of furniture that was found when reaching for plugs and the bathtub stopper was covered in mold. But the rest of the house was nice so we looked over these things.

The rustic house is clean. The pictures on line are not accurate. Your porch has a right rail that needs to be glued. The stepping stones are loose and a tripping hazard. The bedroom quilt was with a 12 inch rip and fiber fill fell out. There were little supplies in the kitchen. A severely warn ripped rug was on the deck. The deck has a tripping hazard with the Asian bittersweet vine. The deck needs a severe power wash You cannot open the door walls in the bedroom as inside vines have taken over. This house shows no effort or pride.

Thank you Daine for your feedback, we greatly appreciate it. We have reached out to the homeowner and we have also sent over a maintenance team to look and fix what they can regarding what you brough to our attention. Again we do really apprecaite it and we are working dilengtly to fix those items.
We enjoyed our stay at Tall Trees. Initially, there were some maintenance issues that were addressed in a timely manner by the management company and some minor issues (dust and small repair needs) that have been reported to the management company and hopefully will address for the future. There was still evidence of ants in the kitchen. We asked for, and were granted, a one hour extension in vacating the property which enabled us to coordinate better with our family in another location of town. We totally enjoyed our stay in Saugatuck and Tall Trees and would stay again in the future.

The location is absolutely phenomenal; quick & easy walk down to the heart of Saugatuck. And a big fenced in backyard is hard to find. Those are the only two positives. The house was DISGUSTING. It had clearly not been deep cleaned in years. Every set of blinds we opened, you could see a sheet of dust coming off them. The amenities were virtually non-existent besides laundry. There wasn’t even salt in the salt shaker. Paying as much as we did, you’d think there would be a little more effort put into the property. Sadly, I’m sure they get away with it because of the location. Also, only two window AC units, not central air, so two of the bedrooms were BOILING. Definitely won’t be staying with this company again.
The house is very old. There’s not a level floor in the entire place and everything has a very broken in feel about it. Beds were well used but comfortable enough. Indoors was clean, back deck could have used a cleanup. The single bathroom is small, but it was clean and usable with good storage space for toiletries but almost zero counter space.
There are two window air conditioners that did a decent job, but two of the bedrooms don’t have AC so you need to be okay with leaving all the doors open if it’s hot.
Great location on a cute street. Five minutes from Douglas or Saugatuck, which was nice.
Location was perfect! House was very cute and comfortable for our group of five.
I sent the property management a couple comments on a few maintenance items, nothing that took away from our great stay. Their response was quick, courteous and provided action plans. I would definitely stay again.
