The residence comprises two 4-storey buildings. Residence "Conseil", 4 storeys. In the centre of Saint Gervais, 9.4 km from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop, grocery, restaurant 20 m, bus stop "Le Pont" 250 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5 km. Tennis 1.4 km, minigolf 1.4 km, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 20 m, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked.
"Conseil 1", 3-room maisonette 60 m2 on 1st floor. Entrance hall. Living/dining room with TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower. Hip bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace, south facing position. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage, height 200 cm, width 290 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

Duplex très agréable, lumineux et fonctionnel. Extérieur équipé d une terrasse en angle permettant de profiter de l ensoleillement. Tres bien équipé (seul manque un micro ondes). Accès direct au centre de St gervais et parking en sous sol privatif est un plus.

Appartement spacieux et bien agencé. 2 salles de bain (suffisant) et non 3 comme précisé dans l'annonce. Placé en plein centre ville à 15 min à pieds environ de la télécabine. Un bémol sur la location, bruits de chariots tous les matins dès 6 h 30 en raison du supermarché placé juste en dessous de l'appartement. Difficile de se reposer.

Merci pour vos commentaires. Nous souhaitons vous informer qu'il y a trois salles de bain dans la location. Il y a une salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée avec douche et toilette, une autre salle de bain au premier étage avec baignoire et toilette et une qui se situe dans la chambre à coucher avec le canapé-lit.

Bel appartement

Joli appartement bien décoré et très bien equipé ( manque tout de même un micro onde !) Relativement calme malgrès l'emplacement situé au centre ville. Seul bémol le bruit dès 7h30 des chariots roulants du XXX XXX situé sous l'appartement et le garage souterrain très pratique mais très très petit ! (Berline,break ou 4x4 ne rentrent pas).
