8COL12 - RUE COLIGNY - Beach and city center about 15 min walk or 1.3km.Very nice spacious and comfortable house of 2 faces in a quiet area in the heights of Collioure with private swimming pool (5m50x3m), close to several hiking paths, equipped for 8 people, including a living room overlooking a terrace, dining room and kitchen with electric hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, overlooking a patio, toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds in 90, one with bathroom/WC, bathroom/WC. Your vehicle will find its place in the garage.Accommodation rated 2 stars. Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and to collect it at the key-collection (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and small towel: 8.00 €).- High chair rental : 15 € week- Baby cot rental : 15 € week- Wi-Fi rental box : 39 € weekThe rental must be made clean and in good condition.
