Open floor plan and modern design

The 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and washer/dryer made this a comfortable place to stay. The community pool was a bonus for the family. The location is close to dining, golf, and shopping. We enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale!

Excellent Condo in Central Scottsdale

I highly recommend this very clean, well stocked, centrally located condo in Scottsdale. The owner, MB, was very responsive to any questions or concerns. I especially enjoyed the close proximity to Chaparral Park with walking and bike paths. We have rented many VRBOs and this one is definitely a favorite.

Better than the pictures

Because we journeyed across the country for a wedding, my tired family was glad this place proved better than the pictures. We appreciated having paper products and clean bathrooms. The request to wash four beds of linens and all towels before departure was new to us for a rental. This place was in good repair and matched the venue description. This property could easily be lived in for a lovely extended stay.

Great stay near chapparal park

Maribeth is a terrific host and accommodated anything we needed. House was well stocked so nicely decorated with great master bed and bedroom. Location made it easy to do all the things we enjoy with hiking and enjoying good restaurants. Nice back deck area to enjoy too. Thanks!

Lovely home

Enjoyed our stay, home was very comfortable and clean. Walking distance to a beautiful park. Only glitch was getting our front door code from the realtor but owner responded quickly and helped us out.

I am originally from Detroit, but have been calling Seattle my home for 14 years. 6 years ago, I came to Scottsdale and fell in love. I knew I couldn't move here, so I instead invested in some property. I have 2 now, and I come down and visit as much as I can. I love to interact with my guests, but I also know that everyone needs their privacy when on their vacation or remote work trip. I have local contacts that assist locally, on the ground, so we have coverage for any of your needs or questions that may come up. I take great pride and enjoyment from giving guests the best possible experience, so I thank you for making that possible!
