We are excited to share our upgraded home with you!

The Timberland Cottage has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops throughout. We have over 1,400 luxurious square feet for you to create lifelong memories.

Includes FOUR smart televisions and high-speed internet to stream anything you need! TVs in every room!

Our three bedrooms consist of one king, two queen beds and sleeps 6. Both full size bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything from pots/pans/dishes/glasses to specialty items.

Hang out at the bar in the dining/living room and enjoy an adult beverage with our cocktail glasses.

There is a low-top table or a high-top counter that create the perfect business center for our guests who need to work on the go.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer complete with complimentary laundry detergent, an iron, and ironing board.

In our pantry, we offer basic cooking spices/condiments.

The party patio includes party lights, a fire pit, and a charcoal grill. The yard is fenced for many backyard games!

Nestled in an great neighborhood convenient for walks, enjoying coffee on the porch, or gazing at the sunset.

Located only 1 mile from Choctaw Casino (great concerts!), 15 minutes from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, 20 minutes from Lake Texoma (great boating and fishing!), 35 minutes to Blake Shelton's "Ole Red Restaurant and Bar", and minutes from delicious restaurants which makes this an ideal location.
