This updated flat is just a splash away from Lover’s Point Beach and the Coastal Recreational Trail. Part of a multi-unit Victorian, the “A” unit is completely private. Enter the ocean view living room through a glass-enclosed, vine-covered porch and relax on the leather sofa in front of a huge flat screen TV. There’s a dining table for two and a compact kitchen with a four burner gas range, refrigerator, microwave, and a stainless steel topped island (no dishwasher). The bedroom has a platform bed and a second TV, and the spacious bath has a tub/shower. There’s a shared, credit card-operated washer/dryer in the garage. Street parking only. Ocean time

This unit is small but quite suitable for a couple/individual. It's very close to Lover's Point and the Ocean Blvd walking path. We walked over to Lighthouse Ave Starbucks and enjoyed the beautiful historical homes along the way. We also walked to the Grove easily for supplies. The only problem for us was not enough heat. The portable heater was fine in the bedroom.

Great location, clean, spacious, but...

Nice place. great location, easy parking. quiet at night. spacious. plenty of clean linens. they almost nailed it! almost... although not fancy decor it had everything we were looking for... except one important item... and the only reason I rated three stars rather than 5. The bed was way too firm for our liking, and they layered on a couple cheap mattress covers which offered little to no benefit. seems like a terrible idea to put an ultra firm mattress, which is only suitable for a small percentage of the population in a VRBO. We didn't sleep well and I was not a happy camper about the bed. otherwise the place was great.
