Renovations had been done snd was completed on the day we checked in so the cabin was not clean. There was dust everywhere in the bottom floor bedroom and bath. The king size bed was wet. I contacted the housekeeper and the host was contacted. A lady and “maintenance man” was sent the next day. They did not do a good job cleaning. I explained the bottom floor was the issue. The lady went downstairs and got in the vehicle and left. We will not book this property again. There is a spiral staircase leading to the first floor. It was hard to climb those stairs but there is a covered outside staircase leading to the first floor that I used most of the time. If it wasn’t for the cleaning issue, my stay would have been more enjoyable.

The over all cleanliness of the house was good. Beware that you have to be able to navigate stairs to be able to access the kitchen. There is a nice wide outdoor staircase and a very narrow sprial stair case inside the house. The house also sit right on the road so keep dogs and small kids close. The hot tub was great. The porch was great. The grill worked great and has everything you need in a kitchen except a cork screw. The house is far enough from the attractions to enjoy the peace and quite but close enough that you won't miss a thing.

The cabin was very nice. It was cozy and comfortable with plenty of room. The steps were the only minus for us. They were a bit of a challenge, but the area and location of the property was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay especially for kids. Our boys enjoyed the downstairs game area and easy access to the creek. Kitchen could use a couple of new non stick pans due to age and the coating was coming off. Other than that, great place! Wonderful place to relax and watch some wildlife pass by.

The cabin was nice and cozy. Me and my wife loved our stay. Very pet friendly and neighborhood was safe to walk our dog both day and night. Things to do in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg which was not a far drive to either location. The recommendations in the house book was also a very nice touch.
