This location is removed from any hustle and bustle and is in a peaceful and quiet area. The home was clean and had a great selection of movies and games for our family to enjoy while taking a break from technology.

could get in place was not ready for us
Once cleaned and the number entered in door lock we had a very good day.
We stayed in January so there was snow on the ground which was beautiful. Within 6 miles of a store to buy essentials if needed. Very close to nearby highway to head to the grand Grand Canyon. The property was gorgeous. Kitchen and bathroom supplies in abundance. Overall wonderful stay. Would definitely stay at this location again and highly recommend to others.
Check in was a breeze! We were thrilled to find the home clean and extremely comfortable. My son (bday boy) and his sons (4&5) had the downstairs room with TV and lots of dvds! My other son took an upstairs room with lots of room for his dog crates! My husband and I took the master, which was large and lovely!
We took family walks, boys rode their bikes, we roasted hotdogs & s'mores!! We had a fabulous time with no phone reception, no calls, texting did work at times. We will visit again!!
We brought everything with us and planned a day trip to the grand canyon. The property is tucked away from all the city noises but in exchange you feel the renewed connections with your family. Cell service was poor but i found it later that's what We really needed it really was a blessing to find this home. I will recommend this home to any of my friends. also on the way in to the property on route 66 there is a corner store that offers great food and a friendly environment as well recommend you visit as well.
Had a great experience with this rental. We didn't stay long but everything was as described and clean. We also left our daughters stuffed animal behind by mistake and the owner was kind enough to ship it to us.
our family enjoyed nature in a cozy cabin with all the things you need. Enjoyed the outdoor private area had so much fun in the snow and near to other areas to explore.
Our family enjoyed an amazing holiday weekend here. The location is great and the cabin has everything you need for relaxation. We’ll definitely consider it in the future.
I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends

Overall wonderful experience at this property
The house was a great size for our dog and family of 5 ranging from ages 5-45. The location is beautiful adjacent to the national forest without neighbors to close by. The nearby (walking distance) cross country skiing trail provides a nice walking trail. Convenient to both Flagstaff for skiing and Williams for the polar express. The kitchen is also extremely well appointed. We brought quite a bit of kitchen equipment based on other places we’ve stayed, but hardly needed any of it. The linens and towels were also much better quality than often provided.
Areas of opportunity-
The water pressure is an issue. I have stayed at multiple rentals where water has to be trucked in and understand the need to conserve water. That being said, during multiple showers the water went from a weak spray to just a trickle.
We would recommend explicitly stating in the listing that 4wheel drive is recommended in the winter and that while there is a tv (and satellite in the photo) there is no access to even local channels. We did not receive our check in info until the day of our arrival after we finally emailed since we hadn’t received anything. This info was included then but could have left us totally unprepared the day of checkin if we didn’t have all wheel drive and a plan for no tv anyway. The property rep was lovely and apologetic for the issue with the pre trip info situation.
Beautiful home in a beautiful setting, we enjoyed hiking in the area. Two issues: the directions said take exit 180; it was actually exit 178. The downstairs pellet stove did not work. Otherwise a great trip.
Great location, private, quiet, close to Williams, Flagstaff. Property was as described, clean, easy check in and out. Would stay again and recommend to others.
We chose this location because it was out of the valley heat and close to our son's new job. The weekend was spent playing games outdoors, golfing, and visiting Bearizona. The house was comfortable for the five of us and the neighborhood very quiet. It was a great time and would stay here again.
