Overall, very good. Enjoying the stay. However, parking was difficult to work with. An agreement with a parking facility would make the use of the property much more enjoyable.

Great Business Rental

I stay here in this place because of the ease of getting to and from my location. Parking is always an issue and the amount of unhoused people is getting a little out of hand. But the apartment building is secure with code locks downstairs, in the elevator and our room.

Communication was great, very detailed had a full understanding of how to get in and I even received it the day prior so I didn’t have to worry about whether or not I would have the information in time. The house had everything I needed and it was very basic for what they expected from me during checkout.

Great downtown studio

This is a great studio for being downtown. It was clean, quiet, safe and well appointed. There were two televisions and the air conditioning kept it very cool. The bed was comfortable. I’d liken it to a nice hotel suite. I never had an issue finding parking on the street. There is a great coffee place close by and I enjoyed walking down to Centennial Trail and Riverside Park. I would absolutely stay here again.
