3 bedroom single-storey villa 100m2 with terrace and garden, above-ground swimming pool, in a quiet area. Vegetable garden with tomatoes, courgette, basil at your disposal, they will have to be watered regularly, as well as the garden. I have a cat who will stay on site, she is very affectionate....<br><br>15 minutes from the old port, 15 minutes from Charles station, 15 minutes from Aix en Provence. <br>Quiet.
