Sunset Bay LBI lower unit

Family fun or a relaxing retreat await you! Totally renovated house sits on the bay just 4 blocks walking distance to the ocean/beach. Bring your boat, jet-skis, crab traps and fishing poles or just relax on the deck and watch the sunset! It really is the best of both worlds! Beach by day beautiful sunsets at night. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and the islands best ice cream! Two units each have their own entrance with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Rent one or both and sleep 12.

The space
The yard has an outdoor patio, two separate grills, tables and chairs.

Other things to note
Our waterfront home is on a residential street with friendly, welcoming neighbors as year-round residents. If you’re interested in a relaxing family vacation, sunset views and quiet gatherings, please come. Loud parties not permitted.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets and towels.

Shore house like it should be

Susan's property had everything you could ask for in an LBI rental. Clean, updated, good location, good neighborhood, bayfront with a boat slip and pet friendly. Would recommend!

Great experience. Location was awesome. House was well stocked making it easy to prepare meals and entertain. Neighbors were absolutely lovely and it was wonderful to be able to include our four legged family member in our vacation.

Best Location Ever!

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly at this beautiful house on the water. Being this close to the one and only grocery store on the island is an absolute must. We are also Freedom Boat Club members which was a real benefit because it was only a 10-15min drive to the marina and 10-15 min by water to the dock located at this house, we had an absolute blast taking the kids tubing right in the backyard! The outdoor shower was a must when coming back from the beach as well. 10/10 Stay!
