This was the perfect location for us! Its a very nice, well kept condo steps to the beach! There was beach chairs, umbrella which was great that we didn't have to purchase those items. Kitchen is well stocked except for measuring spoons and it needed extra kitchen rags and towels, only one set in the condo and there were only two washcloths! They need a restock of a few items. All appliances up to date and worked. The bedroom dresser needs fixed, bottom of drawers coming loose. I would recommend and stay again. They just need to fix a few minor infractions!

Hi April, thanks so much for staying at our Hidden Beach Retreat! We’re delighted the condo felt well kept and just steps from the sand, and that the beach chairs and umbrella saved you a shopping trip. Thank you for the thoughtful notes: we’re restocking measuring spoons, kitchen towels, and washcloths, and getting that dresser drawer repaired. We’d love to host you again once everything is in top shape.

The condo was in a great location. Steps away from the beach. I do feel that the condo lacked a few things. There was no rubber utensil to cook with so I had to go buy those. The bathrooms were much more outdated, especially for the price. The one bathroom mirror is not even attacked to the wall. I know some of the other units also had beach supplies.

Leah, thank you for your feedback — we’re glad you enjoyed the location and easy beach access! 🌊 We also appreciate you pointing out the items that could be improved. We’ll review the kitchen inventory and the note about the bathroom mirror with our team to ensure everything is properly equipped and maintained. Regarding beach supplies, those are not part of the standard inventory, though occasionally items may be left behind by previous guests. Your feedback is very helpful as we continue improving the experience, and we’d love to have you back again!

Communication was excellent! Because of an impending snowstorm at home, we were concerned our flight might be canceled. They worked with us and were going to help us have a place to stay if we were “stranded” in FL! (Unfortunately, our flight got out!)
