Campestra: small hamlet situated 6 km from Chiavari. Complex consisting of 2 terraced houses and one detached house, situated on a slightly sloping hill small holiday development "Campestra". Outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Chiavari, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the sea. For shared use: garden 4'000 m2 lawn and trees, swimming pool (6 x 13 m, depth 110 - 240 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Oct.). Table tennis, garden furniture. In the house: washing machine (extra) (for shared use). Parking. Grocery 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "Mare e Sole" 6 km, rocky beach 6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. Ideal for nature lovers.

Kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven, microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the swimming pool. Double glazing. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Paysage paradisiaque piscine tres agréable. Jardin très entretenu. Il faut aimer les animaux qui sont la tout le temps. Propriétaire constamment dans la surveillance du moindre fait et geste.

Très jolie maisonnette dans un jardin extraordinai

La maison est indépendante et très fonctionnelle. Manque juste internet, mais la 4G passe bien. Le jardin et la piscine sont fantastiques !! Le calme est total, et les propriétaires qui sont sur place sont très sympathiques.

Gite au calme avec très beau jardin.

Gîte au calme accessible par une petite route de montagne à 10 minutes des premières plages. Le jardin est luxuriant et très bien entretenu. La piscine très agréable. Nous avons bien apprécié la petite terrasse à l'ombre des arbres fruitiers. Le gîte est globalement assez confortable excepté la chambre des enfants : trop petite et étouffante. Heureusement qu'il y a un clic-clac dans le salon. Hôtes discrets. Au global, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce gîte.

3 logements en location +celui des propriétaires sur place. Ambiance zen donc. Bcp d'animaux, chiens mignons, chats, cacatoès très bruyants. Jardin d'eden magnifique, piscine très agréable. Route d'accès au logement très tortueuse, 20 minutes de lacets. Logement basique, peu équipé mais ça va. Plage d'argent en bas des lacets, splendide.

Il manque un lave linge ,des ustensiles barbecue *genre pince) et fourchette/cuillère. La litterie médiocre. Le jacuzzi souvent salé . La piscine inutilisable le soir car pas éclairer. Cadre magnifique en revanche.

Maison très agréable avec piscine et barbecue. Si vous voulez des vacances reposantes, c’est l’endroit idéal. Les propriétaires ne sont pas loin mais pas envahissants et très gentils. Je recommande cette location!

Accueil très bien, situation excellent sur les hauteurs au calme 10mn des plages, maison très bien avec BBQ, piscine parfait, calme parfait, jardin fantastique.... que dire de plus !
