Set within the peaceful tropical rainforest of Manuel Antonio Estates is our Mot Mot Villa, a comfortable and spacious 2-story Costa Rica vacation rental.

This villa has 4 bedrooms , and 2 bathrooms, and can sleep, 8 guests. With a private swimming pool surrounded by the luscious rainforest, as well as daily visits from the wildlife that inhabit it and concierge service, you won’t be missing anything in this beautiful home.

The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 full bathroom, and a wraparound terrace perfect for relaxing and sipping a cup of Costa Rican coffee. In the beautiful walk-out lower level, there are 2 additional bedrooms, 1 more full bathroom plus direct access to the private swimming pool through large floor-to-ceiling glass doors.

Equipped with cable TV, wireless internet, telephone, and all of the kitchen amenities you need for a delicious dinner or a quick lunch.

Carefully selected furniture has been chosen to give the utmost comfort to the guests of this exclusive vacation home. The house can be opened up completely to the terrace allowing for a tropical outdoor living experience and the soft breezes and scents of the rain forest to fill the house. The Mot Mot Villa offers 3,000 square feet of living space to relax or entertain friends & family.

Manuel Antonio Estates provides a unique vacation rental experience as we offer safety in our private gated community with 24 guard service at the entrance, hiking trails to waterfalls and spectacular viewpoints, and an onsite world-class Spa with massage, facials, body wraps, yoga, and Pilates classes.

All of our homes are conveniently located within walking distance from the town of Quepos where there are restaurants, grocery stores, shops, nightlife, etc. From Quepos, there is about a 3-mile road that runs through the rainforest mountain down to the beach/park. Buses run every 15 minutes (50 cents) and the bus stop is right outside the front gate. Taxis are also available 24/7, plus, all tours & activities include round-trip transportation from MA Estates!

Because of the geography of the area, there aren’t very many affordable homes that are within or walking distance to the beach. All of our guests enjoy the proximity to town and to be honest it is just a short drive to the beach.

We also offer concierge services to organize all of your tours, transportation, or chef service needs. Located just minutes from the town of Quepos and a short drive to the Manuel Antonio National Park, Manuel Antonio Estates is the most convenient location for your fun in the sun beach vacation!

The rates will vary for larger groups - base rates apply for 6 guests, and there is an extra guest fee for the 7th and 8th guest. Please inquire for available discounts for weekly stays or if you travel with 2 small children, then we may be able to adjust the extra guest fee for you.
