Welcome to our family home, the product of several years of passionate renovation. It is our absolute pleasure to open our doors to a place we designed to be comfortable, warm, and perfect for relaxing.

The main house accommodates up to **16 guests**.
➡️ Optionally, an independent one-bedroom apartment (T2) can be added to accommodate **5 additional guests** (double bed in the bedroom, plus a convertible sofa and single fold-out armchair in the living room).

* **Garden level:** Dedicated to rest, this semi-underground floor stays naturally cool even in the heat of summer.

Cook just like at home in a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and more. Outside, a plancha grill is available for summer outdoor dining.

* **Shaded outdoor lounge** under a pergola.

The main house sleeps up to **16 guests** (13 in bedrooms + 3 in the laundry/game room area).

* 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and en-suite bathroom.
* 1 room (10 m², laundry/play area) with a double bed and a bunk bed.

**First Floor:**

* 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and en-suite bathroom.

**Garden Level:**

* 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), 1 set of bunk beds, and space for a baby cot.
* 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a single bed above (bunk setup).
* 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm).

* 2 indoor toilets + 1 pool house toilet

### **Outdoors**

* **Large secured pool (12 x 6 m)** with a shallow ledge, outdoor hot shower, and toilet. Thanks to a solar bubble cover, water temperatures reach 28°C to 32°C in summer.
* *Depth:* Starts at 1.45 m and slopes down to 1.90 m at the deep end. Features a shallow splash ledge ideal for children.


* **Amenities:** Boules court (*pétanque*), trampoline, slackline, swing set, and children's play area.
* **Chickens in the garden:** You might even enjoy the pleasant surprise of collecting fresh eggs!

* Ideal for families or groups looking to gather in a peaceful setting.
* **Parties and loud youth groups are strictly prohibited** out of respect for our close neighbors.
* A small, independent, non-overlooked second apartment (T2) is attached to the house and occupied year-round.
* Security cameras are installed in the parking area and near certain exterior entrances.
