Trotz schlechtem Wetter in der ersten Woche haben wir schöne Ferien geniessen können. Das Objekt kannten wir aus vergangenen Ferien. Alles ist gleich geblieben und erfüllte unsere Erwartungen.

schöne große Wohnung, gute Lage, schönes Gelände
Schön angelegtes Gelände, schöner Pool und große Wohnung für einen schönen Urlaub, 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Strand entfernt. Schade war: Pool war sehr stark gechlort, Geschirr nur genau für 5 Personen, keine Klimaanlage und nicht mal Mückengitter. Dazu achtet das ältere Besitzerpaar stark darauf, dass aus ihrer Sicht alles ordnungsgemäß läuft.

Très sympa
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et arrangeants.
La mer est proche et la piscine agréable. Le logement est spacieux, seuls quelques appareils électroménagers (micro-ondes, lave-linge ou lave-vaisselle) pourraient améliorer encore le séjour.

Ferien abseits des Tourismus
Das Objekt liegt außerhalb der Ortschaft, dadurch ist es sehr ruhig. Natürlich muss man für jede Besorgung das Auto benutzen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr großzügig geschnitten, die Einrichtung ist aber spartanisch.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, beherrschen aber leider nur ihre Landessprache. Jede Unterhaltung war deshalb extrem schwierig.

Anlage ist sehr schön
Eigentlich Note 1. Aber: SAT TV vorhanden. Jedoch nur italienische Sender, die auch schwankende Qualität hatten (mitten in der Sendung nur noch Rauschen). WLAN als Leistung angeboten, jedoch nur stundenweise aktiviert. Das gilt zu verbessern.

Gute Lage
Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Meer ist nahe und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gut. Der W-LAN ist nicht immer gewährleistet. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Rundum wohl gefühlt
Wir waren schon das dritte Mal in der Ferienwohnung - aus gutem Grund - weil es uns dort so gut gefallen hat. Die Wohnung ist groß, es sind zwei Badezimmer vorhanden. Eine schöne, sichtgeschützte Terrasse und ein toller Pool. Idealer Startpunkt um Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung zu machen oder am Meer zu entspannen. Sehr schöner Strand in San Vincenzo.
