Hidden Jade was perfect for our family. It was very clean and Frank was great at communicating. He made sure we had everything we needed and reached out periodically to make sure our vacation was going smoothly. I highly recommend Hidden Jade for your stay.

Spent a week at this lovely spacious home. It is brightly lit with lots of windows & skylights. It is equipped with everything you would need. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, spices, etc. There is a brand new gas grill in the backyard. The swimming pool is a wonderful place to relax. The owners, Frank & Audrey are nearby and quick to respond to any questions. The home is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants & shops. Would definitely recommend The Hidden Jade.

Great Pet Friendly Hilton Head Getaway

Family Vacation 2024

The property was absolutely amazing, very well maintained and better than expected. Our family enjoyed the pool, short walk to the beach and all the local restaurants and shopping plaza's. We would highly recommend Hidden Jade to anyone that ask.

Wonderful vacation getaway

Swimming pool was lovely and the beach close. The house is very large, clean and comfy. Plenty of room for our whole family. Frank and Audrey were very hospitable. We all had a wonderful time.

Extremely accommodating owners

We had a great stay. Owners went out of their way to make sure we had things we needed. Well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds, nice pool. Really appreciated the abundance of beach towels provided, all the teas, and ample dish and laundry detergent.

Incredible, Incredible Stay!

Highly recommend this property and location for all of your travels! The house was immaculately clean and very open. My family and I stayed for 5 days and everything was to our liking. A warmed pool, lots of natural light, and just a great overall feel. Property owner was incredibly attentive and made our stay feel like home. Can't wait to stay again!

Lovely, well-kept home

The home and pool are lovely, and the owners go out of their way to provide extras such as beach towels and chairs, a well- equipped kitchen and outdoor grill, corn hole set, etc. The space was just right for our family of 8 adults (4 couples).

Hidden Jade was a fantastic place to stay and absolutely earned our five-star review. Communication with the hosts was outstanding from start to finish, and the house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great week!One of the biggest bonuses for us was that Hidden Jade was one of the few properties we found that allowed us to bring more than two pets. We were incredibly grateful for that. There was plenty of room for the dogs, and being able to have them with us made the trip that much better.The pool was definitely one of the highlights. It was great having the option to spend time at the beach and then come back and relax by the pool. The deck area was also very nice and gave us plenty of space to enjoy being outside.We also really appreciated all of the little things that made the stay easier. Having towels provided was a huge bonus and saved us a lot of packing space. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean, and having plenty of bathrooms so everyone had their own space was especially nice.Overall, Hidden Jade was comfortable, well-equipped, clean, and exactly what we hoped for. The hosts were great, the property was great, and we had a wonderful trip. We would absolutely recommend it!

Perfect home. Perfect vacation.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Beautiful large pool. Large kitchen that is well stocked. Everything very clean. We especially enjoyed the Carolina Room watching baseball games together in the evenings. We would certainly consider this house if vacationing in Hilton Head again. You won’t be disappointed if you do.

LaVerne and Family were great guests. So considerate. They left Every room very clean. All common areas (living room, dining room, Carolina room, even kitchen!) didn’t even look used! Incredible stay and wonderful hosts!

We had the best week. The house is in an amazing location in Shipyard. Immaculately clean. Hosts provide so many amenities to make the stay inviting. Pool was awesome, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed, beds were super comfortable. Hosts are one of a kind - thoughtful, helpful and wonderful to work with. Will definitely return!!!

Lorri and Family were Fabulous guests!! They had a great time here, and were quiet and thoughtful throughout. They even cleaned the entire place before leaving! Took out all the trash, stacked the towels, did all the dishes, and left the place very nice, much to the delight of the cleaning crew. The check in process was super easy. Frank and Audrey were amazing hosts and were super kind and helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the necessities. The private pool had everything you needed including beach towels and floats! The area was close to the beach, shopping and great food! They were even so kind to give food suggestions. They went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Perfect Vaca at Hidden Jade

Everyone had a great time. There were a few unexpected incidents with the house, but the owners were quick to respond. There’s an issue with the house not cooling sufficiently when the sun beats down, but I’m sure the owners will address that in the near future. Would go back again !!

The thermostat issue and the water problem at the street corner were unexpected - and quickly addressed by our repair team and the town's water department. And we are glad you accepted our remedy offer. Yes, you are correct, we are in the throes of a heat wave, over and above what we experienced last summer. And those floor to ceiling windows, while picturesque, do let in a lot of sunlight - and heat, despite recently-serviced ACs working at their max. Wonderful!

This was just one of our best experiences with a house rental from VRBO. Frank and Audrey our hosts were amazing. Made us feel so welcomed and checked in on us each and every day we were there. Great large family house

Lovely property, super attentive hosts. Easy bike/drive to beach. Great for our family of 9 (grandparents, parents and young adult kids). Good set up for separate spaces, big family dinners, post-beach pool time. Only info to note is the twin bedroom in loft has access to bathroom only through the adjacent bedroom (or down the spiral stairs to use the first floor full bath). Highly recommend.

Jade House Vacation

No stone was left unturned in this beautifully appointed rental home. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and each bedroom had lots of privacy with extremely clean bathrooms . The gourmet kitchen had any tools you could imagine to create culinary delights. The private pool and surroundings were warm and clean with bee lounge chair cushions. A short bike ride or walk brings you to Hilton Head beaches. We couldn’t have asked for a more lovely family vacation.

Family Fun

We had a great time at Hidden Jade and appreciated Audrey and Frank. The grandchildren loved the pool and so did the adults! The pool is clean and gets cleaned daily which we appreciated. The house was great with tons of space and everything you would need on a vacation with a large family. The beach was a short drive or walk and the parking passes were wonderful because the beach parking filled up quickly. We will return with our gang to have some family fun. Awesome home!

Hidden Jade- Great Rental

Our hosts left us a beautiful and very clean home to stay in while were on Hilton Head. All the bathrooms had soap and TP, the kitchen was superbly stocked so we did not have to buy every spice and ingredient we would need while vacationing. Commuication with our host was outstanding we had several questions during our stay that were answered immediately. We loved how pet friendly this home was, dog bowls were readily accessible we only needed dog food. There were plenty of beach towels for us to use which was great. Awesome spot to Vacation!
