For a successful holiday, come and enjoy this large and comfortable studio located at the Escale Port residence, ideally located between the Marinas and the north beach. The accommodation on the ground floor includes a large living room with a beautiful fully equipped modern kitchen, a veranda and a bathroom. The swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15) is located at the back of the building, on the marina side; large secure car park with non-private spaces (not numbered); shops and restaurants very close to the residence.

Bonsoir , Ce qui est moins appréciable nous concernant . Personne vous accompagne pour l’état des lieux de l’appartement Très Surprenant à notre arrivée. Encore plus surprenant et que l’on a pas du tout apprécié avec mon épouse ,personne vient faire l’état des lieux à notre départ et qui plus est pour la restitution des clefs. L’agence de nous rend pas notre chèque de caution . Ils agissent dans notre dos .inadmissible pour nous et nous sommes ferme et catégorique à ce sujet . Cordialement Mr et madame Martinez appartement 1020 grau du roi

Une bouffée de calme et de soleil!

J’ai apprécié les espaces verts autour de la résidence, le parking, la piscine, l’appartement, assez spacieux pour un studio, le matériel (complet) mis à disposition. Pour un séjour plus long et à 3ou 4 dans l’appartement, un lave vaisselle serait apprécié, je pense. Une ou deux chaises longues…pour le balcon…
