We propose to you to the rent, on Saint-Malo, this charming apartment at less than one kilometer of the beach, with wifi (optical fiber), of a surface of 55 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. Located on the 3rd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dishcloths), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine

Spectacular in St. Malo

We absolutely loved our experience in this clean, lovely, well-appointed apartment. Terrific location in St. Malo with beautiful street views. The apartment had everything one could need and was very cozy. Excellent communication and reception from the management. Honestly, cannot wait to visit again. Nous avons aimes notre visite dans cet appartement – il est tout beau, tout propre, tres bien situe. Communication et reception parfait, nous souhaitons revenir :)

St Malo zentral

Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage intra muros. Schnelle Wege zu den Stränden, der Stadtmauer, auch alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale sind perfekt zu erreichen. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, also für Selbstversorger geeignet. Günstig auch für Zugreisende, 20 Min. zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus zum gare St Malo.

Nice and great location

The apartment was as described,very clean and functional. It was a pleasure to stay there. There were some minor things missing, detergent for clothes, information in English on the functions of metal window drapes (we almost broke then due to not being able to read a notice in French left on the window sill). Coffee machine was broken. Despite these, I want to emphasize the multible good points of the apartment. Very good beds, very little noise from the streel, although there was a music festival going on. Location perfect. A lot of stairs to be climbed, this might not work for everybody. All in all, it can be recommended and I'd love to stay there again.
