Small Studio
Downstairs guest house fully furnished for rent behind a private house located near St. Francis Woods neighborhoods - a quiet, beautiful, and safe neighborhood. Typically rent is $2600/month, however because of COVID, I have marked it down. Property is best for someone looking for a long stay, ideally a year. If you prefer unfurnished, that can be accommodated.
The guest house will be all yours and it includes a full kitchen - gas stove, fridge, microwave, private bedroom w/ a queen bed and private bathroom. There is laundry on-site.
Property is nearby K muni line and a 15 minute walk from West Portal. It is close to coffee shops, restaurants, and Stonestown Galleria Mall.
The room is available now.
