Fans are available in the bedrooms, and AC in 1st floor open area. It is 5 minutes from the Renton Landing, an outdoor shopping plaza with stores, restaurants, services & a multiscreen movie theater. ** Hot tub under the Gazebo is not operational! No garage for this unit. * *
