The family dog (under 35 pounds) is also welcome to come along. Contact-free check-in, convenient to Cocoa Beach, this home invites you to spend time outdoors whether you are lounging by the backyard's private pool watching the abundant visiting wildlife (dolphins and manatees in the canal, great white/blue herons on the backyard dock, flocks of ibises feeding on insects in the backyard grass), on the sands of a nearby beach, or strolling along the Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier. We offer private fishing on our dock with mounted rod holders. For a day trip away, explore the Kennedy Space Center or watch launches from our pool lounger chairs. Drive about an hour to Orlando for a day spent at Walt Disney World or the Universal Orlando Resort. This home is perfect for exploring the Sunshine State!

Wedding fun

We didn't spend much time at the property because of all the wedding events over the weekend. But it was clean comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the dock and water. I would stay there again.

This is a good location. The property is a bit older, but in good condition. It was great for a family trip to cocoa beach.

Nice location 🚀🐬🐠

Love the dock fishing and swimming. Disappointed with the contradictory listing. It says any people over 8 is an additional fee of $20 per person. Also includes your dog as a “person”. Then I received emails from the owner to double check the rules to make sure we’re aware of the rules. The rules she sent said $20 extra per persons over 4 people. She apologized and said that the listing needed updated. However, then again she said the same thing, $20 for each person over 4. And again I had to reach out for her to clarify as that wasn’t correct. Floors were not clean/towels were not clean. She said she had a new cleaning crew but then said she knew her mom cleaned the sheets so I dont think there is a cleaning crew. Kids room was dirty so my so didn’t even stay in it. I had to buy detergent and wash all the towels myself. Had to pick up piles of dog feces in yard (4) and provided pics. I sure hope they didn’t charge the prior guests for the dog poop considering I’m the one that had to clean that up. So if you’re charging people $20 per dog feces maybe you should knock $80 off of my stay. It felt like we were being watched the whole time as well. I didn’t feel as though the Owner was being honest about the place being cleaned prior to our arrival but we made the best of it and had a nice time. The location is perfect but they should allow more than 8 people for a 4 bedroom home.

Great get away

Part of my family lives in NE FL and others in south FL. It was a perfect meeting place for us and the rental did not let us down. Zena was excellent with communicating with us. I would highly suggest this rental and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect long weekend getaway!

The house was absolutely perfect! Plenty of space, the pool was delightful and the fishing dock kept the teenagers busy during down time. The host was great! Zena was very easy to work with. The location of this house is great! So many good restaurants and mini golf just a few miles away. We had a fabulous weekend!

Formerly from the Pacific Northwest, we've traded evergreen trees for palm trees! We love the ocean, kayaking in the rivers and enjoy the local night life.

Why they chose this property

Very quiet street that is perfect for relaxing in Cocoa Beach. Still close enough to walk to the beach and great restaurants with lots of live music and a downtown steet fair every Friday night.

What makes this property unique

To park a boat at the dock we charge $50/day and our insurance company requires a copy of your Boat Liability Insurance policy emailed to owners at least 72 hours before check-in date, to be sure that it covers any damages that may arise to dock, etc. Thank you in advance.
