Great location, could use some window screens

This is a wonderful location close to the heart of Venice but just outside the hustle and bustle. The only problem we ran into was mosquitos - no A/C and no window screens made for some nasty bites.

Very nice apartment

The apartment looks like it was a “normal” family apartment until recently. Nice interior and in comparably very good condition (including three coffee makers for the gas stove). Centrally located with tolerable noise level. Was hot but that’s to be expected in August.

Great size and location

We loved this mostly quiet location and it was a big place for our family of five. The host was very flexible with our (late) check in time. We liked having a microwave to reheat food for the kids in the morning and a freezer and make ice for our water bottles. I think the place could use another fan, as the lack of a/c during a heat wave made it quite hot at night. Overall it worked out well for us.

Great Location but beware of Scam

Great place, awesome location and perfect for our visit. Unfortunately, buyer beware...Their check in instructions demands that you give their agent a $200 Euros Deposit in CASH upon check in, which should be returned at the time of check out. Unfortunately, their agent wasn't able to meet with us at the time of check out, so I have spent the past several weeks trying to get my deposit returned. Honestly, the apartment was perfect but if you decide to take the risk and stay, do not return the key until you receive your deposit back...

3 jours au cœur de Venise

Maria nous a accueillis avec une gentillesse rare, pour nous donner les clés de l'appartement et nous donner des conseils de visite et des adresses de restaurants authentiques qui se sont révélés excellents. L'appartement, vaste et très bien équipé, situé en plein cœur de la cité, à deux pas du pont du Rialto et de la place Saint Marc est idéalement positionné pour accéder aux trésors de Venise, tout en donnant la possibilité de flâner au hasard des "Calle" de cette ville fascinante.

Idéalement placé

Très bien situé, appartement calme à peine 10 mn à pied de la place St Marc et bien que la déco soit un peu vieillotte, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Les 2 salles d’eau sont appréciables. Maria qui nous a accueillis est très agréable et très arrangeante, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages et profiter de l'appartement jusqu'à 17h le jour de notre départ. Le seul petit bémol, elle ne parle qu’italien, mais utilise tres bien les traducteurs sur son téléphone, donc pas de problème de communication.

Magnifique

Placée idéalement entre la place st marc et le Rialto, ce logement vous permet de vous fondre totalement dans la vie d’un venisien. Vous êtes au cœur de la ville. Il est resté dans son jus, entre la bibliothèque et le mobilier ancien. Extraordinaire logement, je ne peux que vous le conseiller.

Sauber, mit wenigen Mängeln

Sauber und ordentlich! Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Kleine Mängel wie keine Klima, defekte Ventilatoren und verstopfte Badewanne. Sonst alles top. Kann man durchaus eine Woche drin wohnen. Gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine!
