We’re renting out the house where we live with our three children in the Madeleine area of Vannes.
It’s located a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from city centre and the harbour.
The house was completely renovated a year ago and offers all the comforts needed for a cosy stay with family or friends…
The house has 7 bedrooms, a large 55 m² living room (with a working fireplace), a separate kitchen, and an adjoining pantry with a freezer, washing machine, and dryer…
A large south-facing terrace with patio furniture, a table, chairs, and an Ofyr plancha grill.
Ideally located less than 5 minutes from the four-lane highway leading to the nearest beaches (Carnac, La Trinité-sur-Mer, the Ruys Peninsula…).
A Carrefour City supermarket, a bakery, and a butcher shop are less than a 3-minute walk away.
