Above Castelfiorentino (2 km), in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. For shared use: property 2 ha (fenced), beautiful garden to relax. Private: well-kept terraced garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 145 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 08.May. - 16.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, burglar alarm system, washing machine, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 14.Apr.. Linen change weekly. Cook on request (extra). Parking at the house.
