Grocery, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar, café 100 m, bus stop "Piazzale Roma" 2.7 km. Nearby attractions: Basilica dei SS Giovanni e Paolo, Campo Santa Maria Formosa, Piazza San Marco 700 mt.

Great apartment!

There was a market and a spice store across the street, which was very convenient. Quiet at night. Good communication with host. Check in was very easy as they communicated well with us. San Marcos plaza was close and nice area. Queen bed was a pullout couch so not the most comfortable but it was fine.

*****BEWARE******If I can give this rental a zero I would have. I’m extremely disappointed with this rental. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the listing was misleading and failed to mention serious health and safety concerns. The most alarming issue was the presence of MOLD, which was visible and caused an immediate reaction in my family — including coughing and headaches. We could not stay in the property safely.Other problems included:•Unclean conditions dirty linens, broken bed and dead mosquitoes all over the walls.•Non-functioning amenities that were advertised such as NO WARM WATER•A strong musty odor throughout the property•Lack of response from the host when we tried to contact them for help*****CAUTION******* No elevator to the property, so if you have luggage have fun hauling it up all the stairs.*** No AC, which was completely horrible to sleep and stay in*****This experience was unacceptable and not at all what we paid for. I have documented everything with photos and attempted to resolve this privately but have received no support. **** I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY FOR RENTAL/VACATION OR TO LIVE IN******I have attached pictures and conversations for evidence. I escalated the matter further for future guest.

While the listing makes clear that there is no air conditioning and no lift, we understand some details such as mold in the bathroom and a musty odor can still be unpleasant. Please note, what was described as mold “all over” was in fact only observed in the bathroom, and mosquitoes were not present beyond the one shown in your photo. Still, your experience highlighted areas for improvement, and we have acted quickly with a professional inspection, deep cleaning, and maintenance work to ensure all guests enjoy a more comfortable stay. Très bon séjour

L’hôte parle uniquement italien, heureusement que nous comprenons un petit peu. L’hôte ne nous a pas accompagné à l’appartement mais nous a donné les clés sur une place publique à 5 minutes à pied. Heureusement que nous avions un GPS et un téléphone portable mais je pense aux touristes hors Europe ça pourrait être compliqué …. Lit confortable et très bon emplacement

Ziemlich zentral

Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf 3. Etage. Die Dame bei dem Check-In war nett aber spricht nur italienisch und kaum englisch. Wir durften früher als geplant unser Gepäck in der Ferienwohnung stellen. Gegenüber der Ferienwohnung ist kleines Obstladen und in der Gegend sind einige gutes Restaurants und Cafe. Leider gibt es kein Internet in dieser Ferienwohnung. Bitte bring Moskitos Spray oder Lotion mit. Dort wurden wir von Moskitos angestochen. In der Ferienwohnung durften wir auch kochen. Allgemein war eine gute Ferienwohnung, passt für 3 Personen.

Excellent emplacement

Petit appartement propre, commerces et arrêt Vaporetto à côté. Situé dans un quartier calme, très sympa et tout en étant proche de San Marco. Très bon restaurant en sortant de l'immeuble environ 50 mètres à gauche sur la place. Attention pas de climatisation mais ventilateur au plafond. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
