Discover the French Riviera by staying in this beautiful apartment completely renovated.

You will be seduced by its sea view, its terrace and the quality of the furnishings.



The apartment is fully air-conditioned with different controllable zones.



You access directly through a private entrance.



The living room is composed of a lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle)



The living room is equipped with a 55" LED TV, Internet channels. A dining table with 4 chairs.



The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140cm, wardrobe, TV, and an access to the terrace by 2 bay windows. An independent bathroom with shower and sink.



The second room is a suite, composed of a Queen Size bed (160 cm), a TV, a dressing room, a private bathroom with shower and a double sink. The access to the terrace is also done by this room with a bay window.



A separate toilet.



The terrace is oriented EAST-SOUTH, it is accessible by all the rooms of the apartment, and is equipped with a dining area with table and chairs, a sitting area with 2 sofas and a relaxation area with a deckchair.



Free WIFI Internet, bed and bath linen provided.



The terrace only is equipped with 2 cameras, they will be deactivated for your stay and are only used to protect the apartment when not rented.



You will be able to park in front of the apartment, free public places are available at the edge of the road.

Villefranche Stay

One of the newest and most modern units we have ever rented. Everything worked great. Check-in was easy once we figured out everything had to go through their portal. Location is well above the town, so it is not walkable. Short taxi or Uber drive to town. Villefranche is the best small town in the south of France. Easy trains to everywhere.

The apartment is up on the hillside so you would need a car or use Ubers to get anywhere. It was close to ville franche sur mer where there are nice restaurants. We ate in La Caravelle a few times as the food was great. Lovely sea views from the apartment. The apartment has 2 shower rooms but only one toilet. If you are larger or taller it would be a tight squeeze in there. The apartment was clean and had plenty of towels and equipment to have breakfast. Great to have a washing machine and drying rack to hang up clothes. There’s air con and a dishwasher too.

Bel appartement rénové, moderne et spacieux. Grande pièce de vie et 2 belles chambres lis doubles, dont une suite parentale, avec TV, grands dressing et 2 salles de bains, donnant sur une longue terrasse équipée d’un coin repas et d’un salon d’extérieur, avec double vue mer et montagnes. Grandes baies vitrées et hauteur sous plafond, pour une belle luminosité. Linge de lit et de toilette fournis, ainsi que les produits de première nécessité (pour la douche et la cuisine, papier WC, sacs poubelle, capsules de café Nespresso, condiments, pastilles L-V…)L’équipement en vaisselle est un peu juste pour tourner, même à 2. Et il manque des basiques (plateau, égouttoir, essoreuse à salade, plusieurs saladiers et verres à pieds, plats, couverts, balai, pelle, paillasson…) pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. La seule problématique est le stationnement. Peu de places disponibles dans la rue, accaparées par les propriétaires voisins. Mais hormis le 1er jour de notre arrivée, nous avons réussi à nous garer. Un escalier extérieur permet de rejoindre le logement. Pas accessible pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Entrée et départ autonomes. Simplicité des consignes. Facilité de contact avec des réponses rapides aux demandes par messages, mais dans les faits, nous n’avons pas obtenu le supplément d’équipement demandé. Nous avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour de 4 nuits à un prix correct pour le secteur. Villefranche et les communes alentours sont très agréables à découvrir.
