We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Loctudy, this charming house of plain foot to 300 meters of the beach, of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m² (with stove), an open equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 200 m² with a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day space :
- A bright living room of 50 m² with TV, pellet stove, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee pod maker...
Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: bunk beds.
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A beautiful garden enclosed by an electric gate of about 200 m² with a swing and a bowling green, which are available for adults as well as bowls for children.
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Loctudy, in a very pleasant environment within a dead end. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market, 300 meters from the beach, 2 km from the nautical center...

Come and discover in the south of Finistère, in Cornouaille and in the Bigouden country the town of Loctudy located at the mouth of the river of Pont-L'Abbé, on the bay of Bénodet, facing the archipelago of Glénans.
- Tourist sites: the fishing port of Loctudy, Le Guilvinec the first French fishing port, Concarneau city of Art and History, Locronan a superb city of character, Eckmuhl lighthouse, Pont-Aven...
- Sporting activities : nautical activities, stroll along the GR34, cycling, aquatic walking, discovery of kayak with the descent of the river of Pont l'Abbé...
- Cultural visits: Loctudy cannery, Bigouden museum in Pont l'Abbé....
- Gastronomic heritage: the langoustine locally called "the lady of Loctudy" and all the recipes based on fish and seafood.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) or in the property, either under the car-port or along the wall.

- Nearest airport: Quimper airport located about 25 minutes away by car.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
