Very nice two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom. It is connected to our 50x50 indoor parking area. This makes it very nice for those rainy days. It’s located just yards from the public boat ramp. One bay comes with the apartment unless prior arrangements are made.
NB: The house is not child proof or handicap accessible. *** The apartment is 1 mile from Hwy 60 on a gravel road. If it hasn't rained in a while, it will be dusty. We ask please to keep your speed limit to 10-20 mph

Great place. The property is very pretty with plenty of wildlife. The convenience of easy access to the boat ramp and large shop to store boat helped out a ton. Very safe area and the hostess was very friendly and accommodating.
Phyllis and Matt are absolutely amazing and the property is beautiful. We truly felt like family all week and it was the perfect place to stay. Thank you!!!
Phyllis was great. We showed her the grill had a little damage, just to make sure she was aware of it and didn't think we had damaged it. She immediately purchased a new grill, and had it set up for us within the hour. Will definitely be back. Cell phone service is limited, and wifi is unavailable, but i really enjoyed unplugging from electronics for 5 days. Thanks for the stay.
Pros: Great location and proximity to the lake. Home was very clean and taken care of. Three or less minutes from a launch. Indoor parking a great feature for your bass boat and truck. The family dog is very fun and likes to play fetch.
Cons: property is in the driveway and close proximity to the owners home. If you were looking for privacy and party a bit this wouldn’t be the best place. Also ppl coming to garage because it stores other boats.
Great place to stay loved having a place to get bass boat and truck inside. It rained the first two days we were there but the fish were biting Phillis was very helpful Definitely will stay again. Thank you Phillis and Matt
Overall nice place to stay. All you need for a few people on a fishing trip.Being able to put boat and truck in the garage without having to unhook boat is very convenient.Only small drawback as mentioned in previous review is having to drive up a mile long gravel driveway. Will dust your vehicles up pretty good on a dry hot day.Other than that,no other issues....Thank You
This place was great! No neighbors, private, and close to the lake. Walk down to fish, or launch your boat in a 2 minute drive. Highly recommend this place. Phone signal isn't the best, and no internet, but everything else was great. Thank you for an amazing visit. I'll be back for sure.
It was a really nice area, very clean , and being able to park both my truck and my boat inside each night was amazing. Would definitely stay again. Only a few minutes from Dayton and several boat ramps. Walking distance to the lake.
Stayed here with my son for a fishing trip. Was a great place to stay and the inside parking for truck and boat was awesome. This was the second time staying with the owners. Would definitely come back again.
Apartment was clean and had plenty of room for 2 fisherman and gear. Indoor boat parking space was very nice to have to so we didn't leave the rig outside. Located fairly close to owners home but feels reasonably private. Closest public boat launch isn't great for larger/ higher end boats and doesn't have a tie up doc, but there are a few other launches in the area for a few $ that had good lake access.
Could not have asked for a better place to stay at. The boat storage was awesome and the apartment was spectacular. This family went out of their way to create a great place to stay.
Place worked out good for fishing tourney. Being 5-6 miles from Dayton. Indoor boat parking was a definite plus. Could use some Wifi and a few more plug ins in the boat parking area. Overall good location on the lake and had everything we needed for a week long fishing trip. Enjoyed our stay!
