LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! 1250 sq ft 2 bd 1 full bath house located in the city limits of Dayton, Tn known for anglers to fish year around on the Hiwassee, Ocoee and chickamauga river. This property has a central convenient location close to everything and the historical downtown known for the Monkey Scopes Trial. You can be at the water in 5 minutes Only 1.8 miles to the main boat ramp at Dayton boat dock. This home also has a double carport with water hookup and standard electric outlets for anyone traveling with a boat. The width of each Parking space on the carport is 10 1/2 feet wide.

Simply amazing!

This was a fantastic getaway for us. After a visit with my daughter who goes to UTC, we spent the next day on Lake Chickamauga fishing. Weather was perfect! The property was true to the VRBO listing, easy to access, had a great (and safe) place to store the boat and was super close to a safe, clean boat ramp. We will definitely be booking return trips!

ELECTRONIC LOCK

The front door electronic lock needs to be replaced. It locked up and would not recognize the code. Host said it has done that to her before.
