Be it winter or summer, we have shared wonderful quality time with friends and family in this great house! The house is located on a quiet street, yet close to all the amenities Tahoe Donner has to offer. And the flat driveway doesn't hurt in the winter!

Near the mountain top, the house is near downhill skiing, cross country skiing, mountain biking, hiking or horse-back riding on endless Tahoe Donner trails.

You have access to all TD amenities : Tennis, Golf, Horseback riding, Pool, Lake, etc. (some amenities subject to blackout dates).

Per Truckee ordinance you must have both immediate voice and visual control over your dog. Dogs roaming the neighborhood would be in violation.

We respect our guests' right to privacy. There is a doorbell camera at the front door to confirm the number of cars/guests adhere to the reservation.

Born in France, I have lived in the US for over 25 years. My wife and I live in San Francisco and are proud parents of three wonderful kids! We love to travel and experience the outdoors. Winter is for skiing and summer is for mountain biking and hiking.

What makes this property unique

Tahoe Donner recently updated its rules for Short Term Tenant cards access to private amenities (pool, beach club and tennis), which are welcome approximately 332 days of the year. Short-Term Tenants are always welcome at the public amenities.

Each card grants one individual (ages 3+) access per day to private amenities, subject to Daily Access Fees and any of the following blackout dates:
